Ensemble Performing Arts is hiring an Accounts Payable Supervisor who will lead the AP team across all entities in a fully remote role. You will ensure timely invoice processing, maintain vendor data, and handle payment issues while coaching a high-performing team.

The role emphasizes process improvements, accurate reporting, and strong collaboration with finance leadership to scale operations in a dynamic performing arts organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team in a high-volume environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and expense tools (Ramp).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor Accounts Payable Associates and manage daily workloads.
• Oversee timely entry of invoices and disbursements and approve payment batches in NetSuite.
• Maintain vendor master records and resolve escalated vendor inquiries and payment issues.
• Oversee RAMP corporate card processing and employee reimbursements; ensure policy compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline AP workflows and support month-end close and reporting.
