Job summary

A leading company in financial operations is seeking an experienced AP Manager to oversee all aspects of the Accounts Payable function. This role involves managing a team, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities include day-to-day AP operations, vendor management, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience, strong ERP knowledge, and exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills. Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive AP or accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems like NetSuite.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day AP operations including invoice processing.
• Maintain vendor master data and ensure clean setups.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure timely month-end close activities related to AP.
• Implement process improvements for AP workflows.
• Oversee tax and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Accounting for cash forecasting.
• Manage relationships with key vendors.
