Job summary

SBA Communications is seeking a Supervisor of Accounts Payable to lead the AP team in a dynamic, high-volume environment. You will manage daily activities, enforce controls, and drive process improvements across invoicing, wire transfers, and reconciliations.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with auditors, and ensuring SOX compliance while supporting acquisitions and new deals integration. A Hybrid work arrangement is available, with opportunities for remote workdays depending on

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with 3-5 years in AP in a high-volume environment.
3-5 years supervisory/leadership experience.
Experience with ERP systems and Excel; Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day AP leads and staff.
Establish standards, objectives, workflows, and controls for invoice processing (PO and non-PO).
Lead system and process improvement initiatives and automation.
Develop reports and data distribution methods to improve visibility.
Coach and manage team performance and development.
