Job summary

SRI seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead AP operations, ensure timely invoice processing, and oversee reconciliations in a fully remote role from the United States. You will mentor AP staff and drive improvements in reporting and compliance with governmental regulations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AP with leadership, a degree in business/finance, and strong experience with Deltek Costpoint and SAP Ariba.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounts payable with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
• Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint required; SAP Ariba strongly preferred.

Job description

Compliance & Culture:

• Ensure adherence to CAS, FAR, DFARS, and company policies.
• Support 1099 filings, year-end reporting, and vendor W-9 maintenance.
• US citizenship required; position is fully remote.
