Equiliem is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a remote US-based role with hours aligned to Eastern Time. The position focuses on reducing invoice backlogs and speeding up payment processing, handling high-volume invoice entry and AP lifecycle tasks.

The candidate will review, code, match, and process invoices, investigate discrepancies, and support month-end activities in a production-driven environment. Strong Excel and ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience and full AP lifecycle understanding.
• Experience handling high-volume, manual invoice entry and processing.
• Ability to process ~300 invoices per day with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manually enter and process ~300 invoices per day.
• Review, code, and enter invoice data in AP system.
• Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices, PO, and receiving docs.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies; escalate when needed.
• Support month-end, mid-year, and year-end accounting activities.
