Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Invoice Entry: enter vendor invoices accurately in the accounting system.
• Detail Verification: check invoices against PO, receiving documents, and contracts.
• Account Coding: assign correct GL accounts and cost centers.
• Discrepancy Resolution: resolve invoice issues with vendors and internal teams.
• Payment Support: assist with payment batches and month-end AP close.
