Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience matching purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
• Experience utilizing Oracle or other ERP systems for AP processing.
• Strong understanding of AP processes, invoice workflows, and payment procedures.
• Experience supporting procurement and purchasing activities.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and drive resolution independently.
• Proactive mindset with ownership of responsibilities and process improvement.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Review and process a high volume of invoices in a fast-paced environment.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment exceptions.
• Process vendor payments and ensure compliance with payment terms.
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status and inquiries.
• Work with internal stakeholders to obtain approvals and supporting documentation.
• Utilize ERP systems to process transactions, maintain records, and generate reports.
• Track invoice queues and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
• Maintain documentation for AP transactions.
• Support month-end reporting and reconciliation.
