Job summary

Airspace, a tech-enabled freight forwarder headquartered in Carlsbad, CA, is seeking an experienced AP professional to own full-cycle accounts payable. You will manage invoice receipt, coding, routing, and payments, while ensuring driver payments, Ramp expenses, and vendor records stay accurate across NetSuite and Bill.com.

The role emphasizes tight internal controls, timely processing, and clear communication with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of AP experience.
• Experience with automated AP and expense workflows.
• Understanding of how vendor bills and credits affect the GL.
• Ability to work the hours: Start 9am Pacific time / 12am Philippines time.

Responsibilities

• Triages AP inbox and routes invoices for resolution.
• Process full-cycle invoices from receipt to payment.
• Support weekly driver payments and Ramp expense reconciliations.
• Maintain vendor records in NetSuite and Bill.
• Assist with month-end close and ad hoc projects.
