Job summary

RethinkFirst, a leader in behavioral health technology, is seeking an AP Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. You will manage the full-cycle AP process, enter invoices in Sage Intacct, and ensure accurate GL coding.

You will reconcile AP GL accounts, review expense reports and corporate card transactions, support procurement tool workflows, and uphold internal controls. This remote-first role offers national reach and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience; degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and general accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile AP-related GL accounts and assist with month-end close.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for the procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.
