Job summary

BaubleBar Inc. is seeking a proactive Accounting Clerk to support AP/AR and travel & expense monitoring in a fast-growing, remote-capable role within the United States.

You will work closely with the Assistant Controller and Accounting Supervisor to ensure accurate processing of invoices, payments, and employee expenses in NetSuite and AP/T&E tools. This position offers exposure to GL work, reconciliations, and process improvements as the company scales, with a collaborative, high-functioning

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in AP/AR or general accounting
• Experience with NetSuite ERP and ERP-driven environments
• Solid Excel skills and familiarity with cloud-based tools (BILL, Ramp, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volume
• Clear communication and professional vendor/customer interaction
• Remote role available for US-based candidate with EST hours

Responsibilities

• Enter, code and post vendor bills in NetSuite with accurate GL tags
• Process invoices and payments via NetSuite and AP tools such as BILL or Tipalti
• Match invoices to POs/receipts and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor invoice workflows and follow up with approvers
• Assist with vendor onboarding and maintenance in AP systems
• Post daily customer receipts and apply cash to open invoices (AR)
• Prepare customer statements and assist with collections
• Review expense reports and corporate card transations in Ramp
• Support reconciliation of reimbursements and card accounts
• Aid month-end close with journals and reconciliations
• Assist with audits and documentation
