Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AP/AR, strong Excel skills, and a solid grasp of debits/credits to ensure accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience with AP and/or AR responsibilities.
• Experience performing bank reconciliations and a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, including debits and credits.
• Proficiency with Excel; NetSuite, Shopify, and retail/e-commerce experience are strong pluses.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes while providing coverage for accounting team members as needed.
• Perform bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, journal entries, and other transactional accounting activities.
• Work within NetSuite and Shopify-related accounting processes and assist with special projects assigned by the accounting team.
