Job summary

Leap is seeking an AR/AP Specialist for a remote, part-time role focused on maintaining accounting and finance capabilities. You will manage AP/AR processes, reconcile accounts, support invoicing, and work with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The role emphasizes processing invoices, vendor management, cash reconciliation and collaboration with the accounting team to improve workflows. Candidates should have ERP and Bill.com/RAMP experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and billing platforms.
• Experience managing vendor invoices and reconciliations.
• Strong AR/AP process understanding and connection to financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP email inbox daily; process, approve, pay and remit invoices weekly.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and maintain relationships.
• Manage accounts receivable collection; follow up with brand partners for payment status.
• Perform weekly cash reconciliation; match payments to bills and cash receipts.
• Assist in monthly invoicing by retrieving reports from multiple data sources.
• Code invoices, expenses and bank items to correct GL accounts and store codes.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders; ensure W9s are collected and stored.
• Process 1099s annually as needed; track spend to budget.
• Reconcile key balance sheet accounts; support ad hoc management analyses.
• Collaborate with Controller and accounting team to improve processes and automation.
