Job summary

Floowi Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for a fully remote role aligned with EST. You will support the full AP cycle for a remote outsourced team, review and code invoices, maintain vendor records, and assist with reporting and reconciliations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AP, hands-on Bill.com experience, and familiarity with NetSuite or ERP systems, plus advanced Excel skills. This is a remote-friendly role with a competitive USD salary and flexible benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience required.
• Experience with Bill.com and ERP systems is essential.
• Strong Excel skills (lookup, pivot tables, filters) and familiarity with Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, upload, and code vendor invoices in Bill.com with attached supporting documents and follow approval workflows.
• Process vendor bills, employee corporate card expenses, and inventory payables with 3-way matching and reconciliations.
• Maintain and audit vendor records in Bill.com and NetSuite, ensuring accurate payment terms and GL coding.
• Monitor approval queues, follow up on approvals within SLA, escalate discrepancies or missing information.
• Prepare AP aging reports, assist with month-end close, reconcile vendor statements, and maintain prepaid schedules.
• Participate in cross-training, follow SOPs, identify process improvements, and uphold data security and confidentiality.
