Openkrill is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage high-volume bill processing and PO matching in a fully remote role based in the Philippines. The position focuses on efficient entry into ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining strong vendor relations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AP, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a desire for a long-term career with a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience processing ~100 bills/day with high accuracy.
• Strong understanding of GL coding, debits/credits, and PO matching.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP accounting platforms.
• Willing to work US Central Time during onboarding.
• Looking for long-term, stable career in a fast-growing company.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or Sage Intacct.
• Exposure to AP automation tools (e.g., RAMP).
• Experience in field services or multi-entity job costing.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily high-volume bill entry (~100 bills/day) accurately into ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct.
• Perform 2-way and 3-way PO matching and resolve discrepancies.
