Job summary

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is seeking an AP Specialist for a fully remote contract in the United States. This role supports a high-volume accounts payable function and requires hands-on NetSuite experience and the ability to start immediately.

Contract is through January 31, 2027 with potential extension based on volume and business needs. Compensation is $30–$40 per hour and remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite experience and full-cycle AP required.
• Available to start immediately.
• Experience performing AP and/or cash reconciliations.
• Biotech or life sciences experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle Accounts Payable process
• Process and review invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments
• Perform basic cash and AP reconciliations within the GL
• Support AP-related accounting activities and maintain accurate records
• Work within a multi-entity environment, including foreign subsidiaries
