Floowi seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage the remote AP cycle for a LATAM-focused team. You will review invoices, code entries, and manage vendor records in Bill.com and NetSuite. Collaboration across time zones with U.S. stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Bill.com for bill entry, coding, routing, and reporting.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (lookup, pivot tables, filters).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, upload, and code vendor invoices in Bill.com with supporting docs and approvals.
• Process vendor bills, employee expenses, and inventory payables; perform 3-way matching.
• Maintain vendor records in Bill.com and NetSuite with correct GL coding.
• Monitor approval queues, chase approvals per SLA, and escalate discrepancies.
• Prepare AP aging reports and assist month-end close; reconcile statements.
• Participate in cross-training, follow SOPs, and uphold data security.
