Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a results-driven Sales professional to drive capital and consumable product sales for the Medical Surgical Portfolio within a remote US territory. This role requires travel to multiple accounts and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities include forecasting, strategy development, and collaboration with regional teams to meet or exceed revenue targets, along with delivering clinical support and post-sales activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of sales or clinical experience in medical devices.
• Associate’s Degree with 4+ years experience in relevant field.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years experience in medical devices or healthcare sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive capital and consumable product portfolio sales to the Operating Room and C-Suite levels.
• Lead territory opportunity development and provide forecasts to the Regional Business Manager.
• Identify, qualify, prepare, and execute sales strategies to grow revenue.
• Develop and close product sales inquiries with existing customers in the territory.
• Collaborate with regionally aligned field sales team to hit sales goals.
• Develop, negotiate, close, and manage profitable agreements.
• Deliver strategic messaging at trade shows, presentations, and board meetings.
• Provide product feature and clinical support; lead clinical evaluations and pre-sales.

Education
