Terumo Medical Corporation seeks a Regional Sales Leader to drive revenue growth in the Endovascular space, leading a regional business team and coordinating with internal stakeholders. The role requires managing field personnel, building executive relationships, and meeting annual sales targets while controlling costs.

Travel is a regular part of the job, with emphasis on coordinating with corporate accounts and participating in industry events to expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ medical device sales experience, including 2 years’ management.
• Prefer Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and/or Operating Room sales experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a personal automobile with an active insurance policy.

Responsabilités

• Meet Regional Business Team sales goals (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
• Attract, retain and manage a Field Team with coaching and performance management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with upper management and key decision makers.
• Travel with and join sales calls to evaluate progress and provide guidance.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders on product issues, pricing, and industry trends.
• Develop regional sales strategies for implementation by RBT.
