Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required; customer contact experience is a plus.
• Must follow call scripts and handle information accurately.
• Familiarity with CRM, calendar tools, and handling confidential data.
• Strong listening and clear spoken communication.
• Ability to work from home with a quiet, private workspace.
• Must be available for 40 hours weekly and multiple shifts.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Fully remote in Oregon; all tasks done via phone and online systems.
• Onboarding and training on systems and call standards.
• Regular team check-ins and feedback loops.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming call queue and instructions before conversations.
• Answer calls using Genesys, introduce service, determine needs.
• Confirm caller details, purpose, and next steps.
• Provide business hours, information, and contact options clearly.
• Enter call summaries and messages in HubSpot CRM.
• Transfer calls and arrange messages when needed.
• Coordinate appointments using Google Calendar.
• Forward messages and follow up on delivery issues.
• Review interactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Conclude shift with context for next representative.
