Job summary

Talentoma is seeking a Guest Services Associate to join the remote customer support team. You will answer inquiries, guide guests through reservation details, and coordinate with the reservations and guest services contacts.

This fully remote role is based in Georgia, USA and requires a 40-hour weekly commitment with varying shifts. You will use Zendesk, HubSpot, and Talkdesk to manage inquiries, update case notes, and provide clear next steps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required; related guest services, reservations, or customer support preferred.
• Familiarity with guest relations and reservation terminology.
• Ability to learn support platforms, CRM tools, and phone systems.
• Clear spoken and written communication, with courteous explanations when needed.
• Accurate note-taking and ability to distinguish confirmed info from pending review.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet home workspace.
• Availability for 40-hour weekly commitment and fixed schedule.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Receive guest inquiries via email, tickets, and calls; identify the request and urgency.
• Organize requests in a support platform (e.g., Zendesk) and route to the right contact.
• Check references, dates, service details, and notes; ask questions if details are missing.
• Review guest history in CRM (HubSpot) and update records for context.
• Answer questions about reservation status, instructions, availability, and changes.
• Handle calls via Talkdesk; restate the request and outline next steps.
• Route changes requiring approval to the reservation team; avoid guarantees before confirmation.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the team lead with context.
• Follow up with internal contacts and guests; close requests after documenting outcomes and actions.
• Maintain quality with accurate answers, timely responses, complete notes, and reliable follow-up.
