Qualifications

• Strong financial services sales experience.
• Experience selling annuities, retirement income, or wealth management solutions through advisor channels.
• Experience working with financial advisors and distribution channels; knowledge of fixed and variable annuities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to grow fixed and variable annuity production across Bank/Wire and Edward Jones channels.
• Build, deepen and sustain relationships with financial advisors and distribution partners.
• Deliver product, market and retirement-income presentations to connect Prudential solutions to advisor and client needs.
• Provide point-of-sale support to position annuity solutions within retirement planning conversations.
• Use market knowledge to identify opportunities and adapt sales priorities.
• Collaborate with Internal Wholesaler to execute territory strategies and deepen advisor engagement.
• Manage a high-travel regional schedule with consistent follow-up and sales discipline.
