Qualifications

• Strong financial services sales experience.
• Experience selling annuities, retirement income, or wealth management solutions through advisor distribution channels.
• Experience working with financial advisors, registered representatives, or wealth management professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to grow fixed and variable annuity production across the Bank/Wire channel.
• Build and sustain relationships with new and existing financial advisors and key distribution partners.
• Deliver compelling product, market and retirement-income presentations to connect Prudential solutions to advisor and client needs.
• Provide point-of-sale support that helps advisors position annuity solutions within retirement planning conversations.
• Use knowledge of financial markets and advisor needs to identify opportunities and adapt sales priorities.
• Coordinate with an internal wholesaler to execute territory strategies and deepen advisor engagement.
