Job summary

Prudential Financial is seeking an External Wholesaler to grow fixed and variable annuity sales across Bank/Wire and Edward Jones channels in the Northwest region. You will develop territory strategies, build advisor relationships, and deliver compelling presentations to drive retirement income solutions.

The role requires deep financial services sales experience, annuity knowledge, and up-front licensing with extensive travel (about 80%). A Bachelor's degree and securities licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Strong financial services sales experience.
• Experience selling annuities, retirement income, or wealth management solutions through advisor distribution channels.
• Experience working with financial advisors, registered representatives, or wealth management professionals, with knowledge of fixed and variable annuities and retirement income strategies.
• Proven ability to develop territory business plans, execute sales strategies, and drive production results.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 registrations, plus required state insurance licenses.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills with travel across the territory (~80%).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to grow annuity production.
• Build and sustain relationships with financial advisors and distribution partners.
• Deliver product and retirement-income presentations that connect Prudential solutions to needs.
• Provide point-of-sale support to position annuities in retirement planning conversations.
• Collaborate with Internal Wholesalers to execute strategies and deepen advisor engagement.
• Manage a high-travel regional schedule with consistent follow-through.
