Job summary

Cribl is seeking an Analytics Business Partner to bridge product and customer data with our reporting platforms. You will own cross‑functional data initiatives, define success metrics with Product, Finance, and GTM, and guide post‑deal integration to preserve visibility and value.

You will operate across Data, Analytics, and IT with a strategic mindset, balancing ambiguity with clarity while driving efficient handoffs and measurable outcomes for key business events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
• Ability to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the correct aggregation grain.
• When a reporting issue arises, identify if data, process, or data model is the root cause.
• Ability to adapt communication style for executives and operational teams.
• Experience ensuring data and reporting stay aligned after an acquisition or product launch.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive the solution for non-routine events across data, reporting, or systems.
• M&A integration: fit acquired products/customers into reporting models and measure impact post-close.
• New product launch: align metrics defined by Product with reporting models post-launch.
• Keep execution moving: sequence work across Data, Analytics, and DEF teams and push pace when needed.
• Stand up the Business Intelligence Council and drive cross-functional alignment on measures and definitions to resolution.
• Know the business: understand GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions to engage the right people before scoping data work.
