Cribl, a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company, seeks an Analytics Business Partner to bridge product, GTM, and finance data. You will translate non-routine events into reporting solutions, drive M&A integration, and ensure product launches are tracked with aligned metrics.

This role operates across time zones and interfaces with senior leaders to keep data initiatives on track. The position emphasizes strategy, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product to reconcile differing views.
• Ability to join multiple tables, write CTEs, and get the right aggregation.
• Know when a data issue is systemic vs. data-model related, not just data-only.
• Experience aligning data work with acquisitions or new product launches.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and define solutions when events don't fit current reporting models.
• Lead M&A integration to fit products and customers into existing data models.
• Understand product success metrics and align reporting accordingly.
• Coordinate across Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science and Governance to maintain momentum.
• Stand up a Business Intelligence Council to align measures and hierarchies.
