Cribl is seeking an Analytics Business Partner to translate new products and customers into our data, systems, and reporting. You’ll drive cross-functional initiatives across GTM, Finance, Product, and beyond, ensuring data models and reporting evolve with business needs.

You’ll work with the VP of Data & Analytics within Cribl’s Business Operations, tackling ambiguity, defining solutions, and leading initiatives from M&A integration to new product launches.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
• Join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.
• Reporting issues require more than data alone—identify data, process, or modeling gaps.
• Adapt communication style for execs and operational teams.
• Experience ensuring data and reporting stay aligned after an acquisition or new product launch.
• Bonus: post-close M&A integration experience.
• Bonus: late-stage B2B SaaS or early public B2B SaaS experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive the solution for non-routine business events.
• Own M&A integration: fit acquired products/customers into reporting models.
• Oversee new product launches and align success metrics with data models.
• Coordinate across Data, Analytics, and related teams to maintain momentum.
• Stand up the Business Intelligence Council and drive resolution.
• Know the business across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
