Cribl, a remote-first data observability software company, seeks an Analytics Business Partner to translate product and customer events into consistent data, definitions, and reporting. You’ll work across GTM, Finance, Product, and IT, reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics within Business Operations.

In this high-impact role, you’ll stand up cross-functional governance, drive M&A integration post-close, and ensure new product launches are reflected in metrics and data models.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions to reconcile different views.
• Able to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.
• Diagnose reporting issues beyond a data-only fix and drive practical solutions.
• Flex communication style for execs and operational teams.
• Experience guiding post-close M&A integration or new product launches.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and drive solutions when non-routine events don't fit current reporting.
• Own cross-functional integration for acquired companies and their products.
• Define success metrics with Product and ensure models track post-launch.
• Coordinate across Data, Analytics, and IT to keep projects moving and avoid gaps.
• Establish and run a BI council to align on measures, attributes, and hierarchy.
• Maintain a working view of GTM, Finance, Product influencing data scoping.
