Job summary

Cribl, a leading data observability company, seeks an Analytics Business Partner to bridge GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions with our data and reporting models. You’ll own how new products, acquisitions, and go-to-market changes are reflected in analytics and dashboards.

You’ll lead cross-functional alignment, define success metrics with product and finance, and drive data-driven decisions across multiple teams, while operating in a remote-first, globally distributed setup.

Qualifications

• Must fluently navigate GTM, Finance, Product and other functions, reconciling differences across stakeholders.
• Able to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and ensure the correct aggregation grain.
• Experience diagnosing reporting issues beyond a data-only fix and identifying root causes.
• Ability to adapt communication style for execs and operational teams.
• Experience with post-close M&A integrations or go-to-market model changes is a bonus.
• Experience in late-stage B2B SaaS startups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive the solution when a non-routine event doesn't fit current reporting.
• Manage M&A integration: fit acquired products/customers into reporting models.
• Oversee new product launches and align success metrics with data models.
• Keep execution moving by sequencing cross-functional work and avoiding gaps.
• Stand up the Business Intelligence Council to align leaders on measures and hierarchy definitions.
• Know the business: coordinate with GTM, Finance, Product and IT before scoping data work.
