Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack within the Merchant Pricing team to define pricing strategy, drive go-to-market initiatives, and perform pricing and economic analyses to fuel growth.

You will collaborate with Strategic Partnerships, Product, Credit, Finance, Capital Markets, and Engineering while applying strong problem-solving, data skills, and knowledge of lending and payments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced analytical role (pricing, consulting, finance, etc).
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Snowflake/Sigma and scripting (SQL/Python).
• Curiosity and bias toward leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define pricing strategy and market expansion for new markets.
• Leverage research to size markets and understand merchant/consumer preferences.
• Draw insights from performance data and test pricing constructs.
• Collaborate on international market deals with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and optimize pricing across international markets.
