Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack for Merchant Pricing to drive pricing strategy and go‑to‑market initiatives as we expand internationally. You will perform pricing and economic analyses, collaborating with Strategic Partnerships, Product, Credit, Finance, Capital Markets, and Engineering to define market‑fit pricing and optimize portfolio economics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a fast-paced analytical role (pricing, finance, risk, or related).
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, Snowflake, Sigma; SQL and Python or similar.
• Bold use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and boost productivity.
• High attention to detail with a strategic business perspective.

Responsibilities

• Define pricing strategy and market expansion pricing for international deals.
• Perform pricing and economic analyses in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Draw insights from data and test new pricing constructs to optimize portfolio performance.
