Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to define pricing strategy and drive go-to-market initiatives as we expand internationally. You will perform pricing and economic analyses, collaborate with Strategic Partnerships, Product, Credit, Finance, Capital Markets and Engineering, and apply data-driven insights to optimize portfolio performance.

The role requires 6+ years of analytical experience, strong SQL/Python skills, and a proactive, innovative approach in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced analytical role (pricing, consulting, finance, risk, lending, deal desk).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Snowflake, Sigma, SQL and Python.
• Curiosity and bias toward using AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define pricing strategy and structure deals for new markets expansion.
• Perform pricing and economic analyses and draw actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Strategic Partnerships, Product, Credit, Finance, Capital Markets, and Engineering.
• Monitor market dynamics and test pricing constructs to optimize portfolio performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams on international market deals.
