Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack within the Merchant Pricing team to shape pricing strategy and drive international market expansions. You will partner with Strategic Partnerships, Product, Credit, Finance, Capital Markets and Engineering to perform pricing analysis, build models, and test new pricing constructs across regions.

The role requires strong problem solving, robust analytical skills, and a proactive approach to using AI tools to accelerate insights and portfolio

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in a fast‑paced analytical role (pricing, consulting, finance, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills; proficient with Excel, Snowflake, Sigma; SQL/Python or similar.
• Curious and biased toward leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define pricing strategy and market expansions.
• Conduct economic analyses and leverage data to size markets and optimize deals.
• Draw insights from performance data and test pricing constructs to improve portfolio.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams on international market deals.
• Monitor, experiment, optimize, and iterate pricing in international markets.
