Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to drive pricing strategy as we expand into international markets. You will collaborate with Product, Credit, Finance, and Engineering to shape pricing, perform economic analyses, and optimize portfolio performance.

The role requires deep analytical skills, 6+ years in a fast-paced setting, and proficiency in Excel, Snowflake, Sigma, SQL, and Python. A data-first mindset and use of AI tools to accelerate work are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in a fast-paced analytical role (pricing, consulting, finance, risk, lending, investment banking, deal desk, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Snowflake, Sigma and scripting languages (SQL, Python).
• Interest in using AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define pricing strategy for international market expansion.
• Perform pricing and economic analyses and model portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with Strategic Partnerships, Product, Credit, Finance, Capital Markets and Engineering teams.
• Monitors market dynamics and test pricing constructs to optimize deal economics.
• Lead cross-functional efforts on go-to-market initiatives in new regions.
