Job summary

Affirm is expanding its Merchant Pricing team with an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to define pricing strategy and drive growth across international markets. You will perform pricing and economic analyses, collaborating with Partnerships, Product, Credit, Finance, Capital Markets, and Engineering to structure platform deals.

The role requires strong problem solving, data-driven insights, and experience in lending or payments. This remote-first position offers broad scope across U.S. markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a fast-paced analytical role (pricing, consulting, finance, risk, lending, etc).
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, Snowflake, Sigma and script languages (SQL, Python).
• Experience in lending or payments space and using AI tools to accelerate analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define pricing strategy for international markets and expand deals.
• Perform pricing and economic analyses to optimize portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with Strategic Partnerships, Product, Credit, Finance, Capital Markets, and Engineering.
• Analyze market dynamics, sizing and product-market fit using research.
• Design, test pricing constructs and iterate on pricing for new markets.
