Cribl is seeking an Analytics Lead to act as our internal data consultant and product owner. You will operate across multiple business units, shaping self-serve data solutions that drive action and align analytics with business needs.

You will own the analytics end-to-end and translate ambiguous questions into defined requirements. You will combine the strategic rigor of a management consultant with the technical chops of a senior data practitioner.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics or data roles with senior leadership exposure.
• Deep knowledge of GTM drivers and marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, and BI tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted modeling and rapid iteration.
• Experience presenting analysis to executives.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management.
