Job summary

Cribl seeks an Analytics Lead to act as internal data consultant and product owner across GTM, People, Finance, and more. You will design self-serve data solutions, own the analytics end-to-end, and partner with senior leaders to drive decisions.

You will build a data UX for internal stakeholders, using AI tools to enhance efficiency and deliver measurable impact. This role is remote-first and may involve across-time-zone collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics or related role with senior leaders.
• Deep knowledge of GTM drivers with hands-on marketing analytics incl. attribution and funnel analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt) and BI tools with semantic layers (Omni, Looker, Sigma).
• Fluency is expected; use AI-assisted modeling to move faster while preserving business insight.
• Experience building or directing predictive models (propensity, churn) and experiments.

• Translate complex analyses into clear narratives for diverse audiences to drive decisions.
• Treat analytics as a product: learn user needs, rank impact, and deliver actionable analyses.
• Turn ambiguous questions into defined requirements and own analytics end-to-end.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive clarity on challenges.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance analytical capabilities and efficiency.
