Cribl is seeking an Analytics Lead to act as a data consultant and product owner, strategizing self-serve data solutions across GTM, People and Finance. You will own the Analytics end-to-end, translating complex questions into actionable insights for executives.

You will work across time zones in a remote-first environment, partnering with senior leaders, leveraging SQL, Snowflake, dbt and BI tools to build and deliver decision-grade analyses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or related role
• Experience in GTM marketing analytics (attribution, funnel analysis)
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt) and BI tools with semantic layers

Responsibilities

• Translate analyses into clear narratives for diverse audiences
• Treat analytics as a product; prioritize work by impact
• Frame problems into defined requirements and own analytics end-to-end
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities
• Leverage AI tools to boost analytics capabilities
• Advise on marketing data, campaign performance, lead tracking, attribution and funnel analytics
