Job summary

Cribl is seeking an Analytics Lead to act as internal data consultant and product owner. You will work across multiple business units, turning ambiguous questions into defined requirements and delivering data solutions that drive action.

You’ll own the analytics end-to-end with a product mindset and leverage SQL and the modern data stack to enable rapid decision-making. You will partner with senior leaders, apply AI-enabled modeling, and influence strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or a related role with senior leadership exposure.
• Deep experience in GTM analytics, attribution, funnel analysis, and marketing measurement.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytics requirements and actions.
• Proficiency with SQL and modern data stack tools (Snowflake, dbt) and BI layers.
• Experience presenting analyses to executives to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex analyses into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
• Treat analytics as a product; prioritize work by impact and maintain a shared plan.
• Define requirements from ambiguous questions and own analytics end-to-end.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align analytical priorities.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
• Provide strategic guidance on campaign performance, attribution, and funnel analytics.
