Cribl, a remote-first B2B SAAS data observability company, seeks an Analytics Lead to act as an internal data consultant and product owner. You will design self-serve data solutions for multiple business units and own the Data UX for internal stakeholders.

You’ll combine the rigor of management consulting with hands-on data practice, deepening with a few functions to maximize impact. Strong SQL and modern data stacks are required, with AI-assisted modeling encouraged.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or a related role, including direct partnership with senior business leaders.
• Deep knowledge of GTM commercial drivers, with hands-on experience in marketing analytics (attribution, campaign measurement, funnel analysis).
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt) and BI tools with semantic layers (Looker, Sigma).
• Fluency is the bar; use AI-assisted modeling to move faster while keeping business context.
• Experience building or directing predictive models (propensity, churn) and experiments.
• Track record of presenting analysis to executives that influenced a decision.
• Strong written communication: turn analysis into a memo leaders can act on without a meeting.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across stakeholders and decline requests with a clear reason.

Responsibilities

• Executive storytelling & audience tailoring to translate analyses into clear narratives for different audiences.
• Product mindset: treat analytics as a product, prioritize impact, and build decision-ready analyses.
• Problem framing & translation: turn ambiguous questions into defined requirements and own analytics end-to-end.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management: partner with leaders across teams to align priorities.
• AI tooling: leverage AI tools to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
• Analytics liaison: advise on marketing data, campaign performance, attribution, and funnel analytics.
