Cribl is seeking an Analytics Lead to act as an internal data consultant and product owner. You will operate across GTM, People, Finance, and more, designing self-serve data solutions and owning the Data UX for internal stakeholders.

You will work with two or three functions deeply, not spread thin across all of them, shaping analytics as a product. You will translate complex analyses into executive-ready narratives, partner with senior leaders, and drive decisions using SQL, Snowflake, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or a related role, including direct partnership with senior business leaders.
• Deep knowledge of GTM drivers, with hands-on marketing analytics, and the ability to learn adjacent functions quickly.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt) and BI tools with semantic layers (e.g. Omni, Looker, Sigma).
• Fluency is the bar; AI-assisted modeling to move faster is encouraged; strong business knowledge with SQL expertise preferred over pure tooling.
• Experience building or directing predictive models (propensity, churn) and experiments, and judging when outputs are actionable.
• Track record of presenting analyses to executives that influenced decisions.
• Strong written communication: turn analyses into memos leaders can act on without meetings.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and decline requests with clear reasons.
