Job summary

Cribl, a B2B SAAS data observability company, is seeking an Analytics Lead to act as internal data consultant and product owner. You will design self-serve data solutions across GTM, People, Finance to drive action and empower decision-making with a true Data UX.

You combine management consulting rigor with hands-on data expertise, owning analytics end-to-end and presenting clear insights to executives. This remote-first role may require occasional longer hours across time zones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics or related role with senior leadership exposure.
• Hands-on marketing analytics, attribution, funnel analysis.
• Fluent in SQL and familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt) and BI tools with semantic layers.
• Track record of presenting analyses to executives.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across stakeholders and decline requests with a clear reason.

Responsibilities

• Translate analyses into clear narratives for different audiences.
• Treat analytics as a product; prioritize impact and build reusable analyses.
• Define requirements and own the analytics end-to-end.
• Serve as strategic thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Provide strategic guidance on marketing data and funnel analytics.
