Job summary

Cribl is seeking an Analytics Lead to act as an internal data consultant and product owner across multiple business units, translating complex analyses into actionable insights and owning the Data UX for internal stakeholders. You will drive analytics as a product, collaborating with GTM, People, Finance, and other teams to design self-serve, decision-ready data solutions.

You will leverage strong SQL skills, the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt), BI tools with semantic layers (Looker, Sigma,

Qualifications

7+ years in analytics or related role.
Experience partnering with senior leaders.
Proficiency in SQL.
Familiarity with Snowflake and dbt.
Experience with BI tools with semantic models (Looker, Sigma, Omni).
Ability to learn adjacent functions quickly.
Strong written communication.

Responsibilities

Translate analyses into clear narratives for executives.
Own analytics end-to-end from problem framing to delivery.
Treat analytics as a product; prioritize work by impact.
Collaborate across GTM, People, Finance and other teams.
Leverage AI tools to enhance analytical capabilities.
Provide strategic guidance on campaign performance, attribution, and funnel analytics.
