Job summary

Cribl, a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company, seeks an Analytics Lead to act as internal data consultant and product owner across multiple business units. You will design self-serve data solutions, turn complex analyses into actionable insights, and own the Data UX for internal stakeholders.

The role requires 7+ years in analytics, strong SQL, experience with marketing analytics, and familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, Looker or Sigma.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or a related role, with direct partnership with senior leaders.
• Deep knowledge of GTM drivers, marketing analytics, and ability to learn adjacent functions quickly.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with the modern data stack and BI tools with semantic layers (e.g., Omni, Looker, Sigma).
• Fluency with AI-assisted modeling and preference for business knowledge over tool mastery.
• Experience building or directing predictive models (propensity, churn) and experiments.
• Track record presenting analysis to executives that influenced decisions.
• Strong written communication to convey analyses to leaders without meetings.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across stakeholders and decline requests with clear reasons.

• Treat analytics as a product; learn user needs, rank impact, and build quick, decision-ready analyses.
• Turn ambiguous questions into defined requirements and own analytics end-to-end.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders and align analytical priorities.
• Strategically leverage AI tools to enhance capabilities and drive efficiency.
• Provide strategic guidance on marketing data, attribution, funnel analytics to support decisions.
