Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to shape pricing strategy for growth and international expansion. You will partner with Strategic Partnerships, Product, Credit, Finance, Capital Markets, and Engineering to drive go‑to‑market initiatives and rigorous pricing analyses.

You should combine strong problem‑solving with deep knowledge of lending/payments, using AI tools to accelerate insights and automate workflows, in a remote‑first environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced analytical role (pricing, finance, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and modeling.
• Ability to collaborate across Product, Credit, Finance, and Engineering teams.
• Curiosity and bias toward leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic perspective on business impact.

Responsibilities

• Define pricing strategy and market expansion plans with cross-functional teams.
• Perform pricing and economic analyses to optimize portfolio performance.
• Leverage industry research and proprietary data to assess market sizing and product-market fit.
• Design pricing constructs and iterate for new international markets.
• Monitor, experiment, and optimize pricing across international deals.
