Affirm is looking for an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to drive pricing strategy and go-to-market initiatives as we expand internationally. You will perform pricing and economic analyses, collaborate with product, finance, partnerships, and engineering teams, and leverage data to optimize portfolio performance across markets.

The role requires 6+ years in analytical roles, strong SQL/Python skills, and proficiency with Excel, Snowflake, and Sigma.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in a fast-paced analytical role (pricing, consulting, finance, risk, lending, investment banking, deal desk, etc).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Snowflake, Sigma and scripting languages (SQL, Python).
• Ability to think creatively, take ownership and work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Define pricing strategy and go-to-market initiatives for international expansion.
• Perform pricing and economic analyses to optimize portfolio performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with Strategic Partnerships, Product, Credit, Finance, Capital Markets and Engineering teams.
• Analyze market dynamics and conduct industry research to size markets and inform pricing decisions.
• Monitor and iterate pricing models to improve performance across international markets.
