Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to drive growth strategy for partnerships, size opportunities, shape product/investment decisions, and measure impact. You will collaborate with Strategic Partnerships, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Pricing teams, combining problem-solving with a GM mindset and deep knowledge of lending/payments.

The role emphasizes mentorship, scalable analytics, and data governance in a remote-first setup, with exposure to equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 or more years of experience in a cross-functional analytical role.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills, including statistical analysis and experimental design.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools (Cursor, Claude) to accelerate analysis.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; an advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the analytics portfolio for a significant product or business area, defining success and measuring impact.
• Lead complex analyses balancing growth, credit performance, customer experience, and unit economics.
• Translate findings into narratives and business cases for leadership decisions.
• Design actionable experiments to validate product-market fit and economic viability.
• Lead through influence across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Revenue to build alignment.
• Build scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows with strong data governance.
• Mentor analysts and develop reusable analytical practices.
