Job summary
EDB is seeking an Analytics & AI Account Executive (Sales) to act as a strategic overlay with our Sales Account Executives, accelerating Platform and Analytics revenue. You will drive opportunity generation, deal velocity, and field enablement for enterprise technology solutions.
The role requires strong consultative selling, experience in analytics/AI data platforms, and the ability to engage senior executives across national accounts.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in enterprise technology sales.
- Experience selling Analytics, AI, data platforms, cloud, databases, SaaS, or related enterprise technology.
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
- Ability to generate pipeline and work as an overlay across multiple AEs.
- Experience selling complex enterprise solutions.
- Ability to engage with senior executives.
Responsibilities
- Deal acceleration: Co-sell with account and territory owners on active deals to progress and close Platform and Analytics opportunities.
- Pipeline generation: Design and execute targeted campaigns within existing accounts to uncover analytics opportunities.
- Field enablement: Serve as the primary domain expert, equipping the sales team with analytics messaging and competitive positioning.
- Strategic alignment: Align with account owners to integrate analytics into broader plans and territory strategies.
