You will work with Clarizen/Planview, Tableau, and Asana to enable efficient staffing, quarterly skills audits, and margin optimization across Cortex and Cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Professional Services Resource Management or Delivery Operations.
• Experience with Clarizen/Planview and data analytics tools (Tableau/Excel).
• Strong capacity forecast calibration and billable utilization management.
• Experience using AI tools to scale resourcing operations.
• Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills with executives.
• Familiarity with Asana for project transparency.
• RMCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the NAM/LATAM capacity model and forecasting rhythms.
• Enforce high-fidelity data hygiene and optimize scheduling.
• Lead regional vendor management and subcontractor strategy.
• Operationalize AI tools to streamline headcount intake.
• Maintain transparent project health and risk with executives in Asana.
• Ensure staffing aligns with margins and enterprise targets.
