Qualifications

• 6+ years of Professional Services Resource Management or Delivery Operations experience in a high-growth SaaS/Enterprise Software environment.
• RMCP certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience with enterprise PSA platforms and data analytics tools.
• Ability to calibrate capacity forecast, manage billable utilization, and optimize revenue/margin.
• Demonstrated adaptability to adopt AI tools to scale resourcing operations.

Responsibilities

• Own NAM/LATAM capacity model and resource forecasting rhythms.
• Enforce high-fidelity data hygiene and AI-assisted scheduling enhancements.
• Partner with Vendor Management to optimize regional vended delivery and target margins.
• Operationalize AI tools to streamline headcount intake and meeting synthesis.
• Ensure transparent project tracking with executive visibility into health and risk.
