You will empower technical delivery teams, optimize program financials, and elevate delivery standards through process innovation and automation, including AI integration, reinforcing the company as a leader in cybersecurity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or equivalent technical education and practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale (global) technology programs or cybersecurity professional services deployments.
• Ability to own and optimize program financials, including margins, burn rates, revenue forecasting, and resource utilization.
• Experience with automation or AI-driven workflows to streamline delivery.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with success in executive-facing discussions.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end coordination of complex, multi-project delivery programs from kickoff to milestones and value realization.
• Manage strategic resource scheduling and financials across portfolios while tracking profitability and margins.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks early; facilitate rapid problem-solving and manage escalations.
• Establish governance cadences, executive dashboards, and change-management frameworks across client leadership and teams.
• Provide strategic direction to empower deploy, scale, and optimize delivery teams; mentor program managers.
• Continuously improve program management methodologies and adopt automation/AI to boost efficiency.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and CSAT through strict QA prior to client sign-off.
